I've only given shipping and customer service four stars because neither compared to the excellence of the dog bed itself. I suspect, however, it was the hustle and hassle of the Holidays behind this. I would go back to this shop without a doubt. These women are phenomenal. My beautiful Enya knew that her bed was coming, and when we went to the post office, she raced in. We tore open the box. Besides my Scottish terrier inadvertently being trained to go apex predator on my fluffy sleeping black cat, this toy is great. He tried his best to murder the fluffy box and did tear into it but a significant amount of fur is left. Many toys would have already been toasted. I’m surprised the fur looks so much like human skin up close with the hair - kind of freaky 🫠 Very good toy. The rope itself may outlive the fur but then thats just a new toy - Moriah

After receiving a toy from this company, my dog took it straight to it. The dog suffers from anxiety and likes to burrow under the bedding, pillows, etc. Now he buries himself in the cave.
